Eugenio is a member of the Center for Security Studies at ETH Zurich. Prior to joining the Center, he worked as a threat analyst at the Italian Presidency of the Council of Ministers in Rome, as a research associate at the Pacific Forum think tank in Honolulu and as a crime analyst at the New York City Police Department.
